Hey, check this out, i've found out that when you exercise you should have something that has alot of protien in it, like a protien shake is always good, especially if you work out at night, if it's your last workout of the day, finish off with a good protien shake and just that, because when your muscles have been worked alot, they need nutrition, and if you eat something unhealthy, you'll only gain more fat, but if you have a nice protien shake, the protien will help your muscles develop more and you're more likely to burn fat and increase your muscle strength.

I'm Back!!
For everyone that follows this blog, i'm sorry i haven't posted anything for a long time. Well, all i have to say is that i have been working out using my P90-X dvd's, and so far it's going pretty good. I worked out my arms and my abs, and man am i sore! I'll be posting some pictures periodicly to show my progress in the near future, and share any good ideas for healthy eating, and any other good healthy lifestyle tips that i find. I haven't been that good at my goal for becoming healthy recently, but i'm getting better now. For those of you that like to follow my blog, feel free to let me know if you have any good tips for living a healthy lifestyle, and be sure you use them too. Once again, i'll be posting my progress in fitness and healthy eating, so...wish me luck!
